Positives- all staff was very nice and helpful. Areas for improvement - the facility and rooms need a lot of work. Broken lights, plugs, card reader to door, tv didn’t work, stove top was shattered, stains on walls (don’t want to know), broken, worn out furniture and so much more. Got what we paid for.

First, the staff was wonderful, very welcoming and helpful. Would be have given all stars but I'm the to room needed a bit updating and maintenance. Bathroom sink was to stuck on hot water, the bar holding the shower curtain was very loose and falling, there was mold on the walls of the shower, and we had a lot of trouble opening the door, it would become jamed even when it lit up green with the key card. At night I could see a large gap in the door to outside. Not all the outlets and lamps worked. We rented the Deluxe room with 2 queen beds. It was clean. Just would have been nice if room had looked like the updated room on the websight. They did have breakfast which was nice.

If you're coming for Coachella or Stagecoach this place is a pretty good option!! Reasonable rates, decent rooms (little older...), nice outdoor pool with grill, and only about 1.5 miles to the Empire Polo Club. Staff is friendly and accommodating and you have a lot of food options right around the property!

The staff was so sweet at this property! Parking was beyond easy. This location is very convenient for Coachella / Stagecoach goers. Lots of food options nearby (besides late night eating.) The rooms are a bit outdated, especially the bathrooms, but there was more than enough space for my friend and I to sleep, get ready, move around etc. Also, the mini fridge was so cold and a great addition to the room. Would stay again!
