"This is a truly authentic Nepalese hotel with original antique pieces. The hotel is super clean and the staff is very helpful. The location could not be better, situated on a quiet road but only a minute walk from the busy streets of Thamel. You can have your breakfast for lunch which I particularly appreciated as I do not like eating in the mornings. Thank you."

"This place was truly an oasis in the middle of a busy area of Kathmandu. It was clear that the manager and his staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and fed. Everything in the room worked (shower, plugs, ac, supplies, etc) which is not always true for some spots in the city. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Ps. The place has no elevator so yiu nay have to go up and down the stairs which wasn't a problem for me."

"Gunga, the hotel manager is attentive, helpful and friendly and all the staff looked after us so well. The hotel and rooms are clean and well-maintained. The location is wonderful too: close to Thamel but not noisy. "
