Very old building but perfectly fine if you don’t believe in ghosts

Alice was extremely helpful and attentive to us when we stayed there. It is perfectly located, just a few minutes away from the train station. It is also very close to the heart of Como San Giovanni. Would definitely stay here again!

I would strongly recommand this place. The hosts went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The room is very nice, clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable. They left some local cookies in the room as well as water for us, they even gave us complimentary bottle of champagne! We asked for a restaurant recommendation and they even called and made a reservation for us. They made us feel home and treated us like family. The staff was amazing. The location of the hotel is amazing in front of the lake. They are very helpful. They arranged all our trips. They arranged for us a boat trip around Lake Como. It was something to remember for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend this hotel if you have enough budget and want the top of the top of the top.

This is a beautiful kept property, great location, comfortable, friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

Location, location, location!!! This hotel was steps away from restaurants, transportation and shopping. An amazing view from the rooftop deck, many restaurant options just outside the doorway. Conveniently located across the street from Lake Como where you can take the boats from and also just a few minutes from the train station.

In a convenient location, yet quiet and away from the heavy traffic. Close to public transportation, the Swiss border. Convenient to shopping centers. Easy parking. Outstanding and always available host. Cannot beat the value for the price and the options.

There was no lake view, but it was a pretty view of the mountains. It was more remote vs. in the heart of Lake Como.

I had a wonderful stay at Lugano central gusthouse! The staff were very helpful. The room and the bathroom were very clean. And it was only 4-6 min from Lugano center.
