The location is excellent, with 3 parks within walking distance (including beautiful Nose Hill Park), and right across the street from the library and community aquatic/recreation center. This property is located in the deep South near Spruce Meadows which is great for Christmas shopping but it is so well located with the extension of Stony Trail I was able to visit friends in the far NW with just a 30 min. drive. It was also easy to get to South Center Mall and Chinook Center."
