Hospitality at it's best

Very friendly, in fact, 2 arrived early morning and our check in time is suppose to be 2, but they were kind enough to let us in early and even offer us breakfast. It's amazing hospitality

I paid for Delicox room it was freezing so I asked to change to smaller room and it was freezing too and wouldn’t do any thing else It was a nightmare its the worset hotel you can get

Les alentours n’ont rien d’exceptionnnel mais l’hotel est très confortable. Petit déjeuner bien meilleur que la moyenne pour la Turquie, omelettes, jus de fruits (nectar ne rêvons pas non plus) inclus. En négatif le hammam gratuit n’est ouvert que le soir et pas le matin. L’hotel propose des chambres supérieures au même prix que les standard, vue sur la ville, balcon, patio. L’hotel attire le chaland et vous donnera une chambre standard alors que vous pensiez avoir réservé une supérieure (standard = vue sur un mur) ne vous faites pas avoir comme nous ...

Buon Hotel, nuovo o rinnovato non so ma confortevole e pulito, ideale per chi viaggia per lavoro o é di passaggio. Buona colazione, personale disponibile e cortese. Unico neo, il riscaldamento in camera era staccato quando sono arrivato di notte e non si é scaldata fino alla mattina.
