They have a natural spring fed pool right on property extracting manitees to the pool overflow area. They have boat docks/parking for customers. If you have a kayak, can launch straight from the property parking lot. "

"Location-Location!!! Right on the water in Crystal River. Staff is friendly at the front desk and restaurant/bar. Rent kayaks at head out to see the manatees - just around the corner. Would definitely stay again!"

The staff, no matter who we encountered, from front desk to cleaning ladies, were so nice and friendly. Definitely a place we would stay again if or when we are back in town.
