From the cottage, you'll find shops, restaurants, bars, and local amenities, as well as the SNCF train station, just a 7-minute walk away. Come from Nantes or Angers by train and enjoy a car-free vacation! By bike or on foot, the Loire à Vélo cycle route promises wonderful discoveries along its trails along the river.

This small 50m² cottage is perfect for a couple or a small family with two young children. It features a 30m² living room with an open-plan fitted kitchen, a dining area, a small lounge with a sofa and rocking chair, and a television (the stove is not working). The living room leads to the terrace. The approximately 80m² outdoor space is fully enclosed by walls, allowing you to safely store your bikes. Available on the terrace: garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, shed, armchairs, and children's games.

Take the Japanese staircase to the upper floor where you will find a small bedroom (8.50 m² at 1.80 m height and 16 m² on the floor) with a 160 x 200 cm bed with a memory foam mattress. The bedroom is bright thanks to its 3 windows. A second room upstairs has a large wardrobe and two 90 x 190 cm beds that can accommodate 2 children upon request.

Suggestions for outings/activities: Cruise or traditional Loire boat trips on the Loire River, departing from Saint Florent le Viel, Montjean-sur-Loire, or Champtoceaux. Things to do to admire the royal river: the small, characterful town of Saint Florent le Viel and the boatmen's village of Montjean-sur-Loire 10 minutes away, the most beautiful panorama of the Loire at Champtoceaux sur Loire 40 minutes away. And there are plenty of places to visit for everyone: the Moulin de l'Epinay, the Museum of Crafts, the Julien Gracq Museum, the Anjou Vine and Wine Museum, the medieval Château d'Oudon, and the "Marie-Louise" bistro-guinguette on the other bank of the Loire, a 6-minute drive away, or the "Guinguette" (a 15-minute drive away).
