"This property is a really old house very well located in a quiet part of Arenas. Very handy for the bus to the Ruta de Cares and a few mins walk from the centre of Arenas with shops and restaurants etc. It was nice to stay in a house with history and the neighbours were very friendly. It’s also very close to a football pitch which our boys took advantage of. The only reason I’ve given it 3 stars is that I think it is very overpriced. "El sitio maravilloso, el apartamento más grande de lo que esperábamos. Tiene un supermercado justo debajo y otro a 2 minutos andando. Ahora lo malo: oíamos los ruidos de los otros pisos, las indicaciones para llegar y acceder al apartamento lamentables, la bañera estaba muy sucia y el resto del apartamento tampoco estaba bien, los colchones deberían cambiarlos, la cafetera estaba sucia y soltaba una partículas negras."

"This house had all the amenities anyone could hope for. It is right next to many hiking trails a small grocery store and bar. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Perfect place for relaxation and it had many good restaurants in the area."
