Photo is a little misleading as only half of the property was our accommodation. Pedueles is an attractive village with a small but well-run convenience store. Village is on a 'green' road which makes for very pleasant walks in either direction to the coast. Carmen was a very warm & welcoming host - however she has little English."

"Overall this was pretty good, but I was very upset because when I first checked in they gave me the wrong room type, without even telling me, and then when I complained about it they simply shrugged and said "what do you want me to do? The hotel is full". In addition, it was more or less impossible to get coffee before 8:00 a.m., no coffee in the room. No coffee in the lobby. No coffee to be bought anywhere nearby."

"The hotel is really handy for the Ruta del Cares, being pretty much at the start. Rooms are basic but comfortable and the free breakfast is welcome - juice, tea or coffee, scrambled eggs, toast and pastries bright to you by friendly staff. We ate one evening at the hotel and dinner was good and well priced - probably the best Fabadas Asturianas I ever had to be honest!"

"The location next a very nice beach was its best feature. However, we were put into a room in a building that was not attached to the hotel proper rather than in a room in the actual hotel. But the staff was very responsive to our requests for a small refridgerator. And the beach was very nice. All in all, a nice stay."
