"Check in experience was a bit confusing but customer service was quick with email and quickly clarified. Only washer in room and no utensils or plates. Only cups for coffee use. Slightly dirty floors. Overall good price and comfortable."

"My family and I enjoyed this hotel very much. We stayed for 4 nights and absolutely loved how close it was to the beach. My only complaint would be the beds. My husband, our 18-month-old, and I would wake up drenched in sweat. I couldn’t understand why until I looked at the bed — there is a plastic layer underneath all the sheets, and I can only assume this is the reason our body heat was trapped, causing us to overheat at night. I’m not sure if anyone else has experienced this issue, but aside from that, this hotel is incredible. The gym and kids’ play area are such a plus! The breakfast is SO GOOD too! Very friendly staff too! "

"Location right next to sea rooftop pool was good staff were very helpful with local knowledge and organizing taxis,resort is up and coming so a lot of building work around the area but didn't disturb us at all and beach was clean and tidy."

Location was super convenient — easy access to restaurants, the beach, and main spots. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Would definitely consider staying again if I’m back in Sokcho."

"급여행이라 계획없이 출발한 여행이었눈데, 생각보다 너무 편안해서 만족도 120% 입니더. 토욜밤에는 7층 단체? 왔는지 정원 초과 아닌가 싶은데 밤 12시가 다 되어가는데 엠티 분위기. 함성과 노래방 단체 떼창?? ㅠㅠ 넘 시끄러워서 잠을 설쳤네요. 패밀리동에 단체 엠티라니. ㅠ 그거 말고는 다 좋았습니다. 겉모습은 약간 노후되었지만 실내는 굉장히 깨끗히 청소 되었고 수건 이불등 다 쾌적했어요. "
