"I had to wash the floor with a bath towel, and the table. The toilet seat was broke, the shower was broke. There were hairs in the bedding. There was a short curly hair on the maid service sign hanging on the door. Absolute filth. I slept on top if the blankets."

"The property was quite big and spacious. Area was quiet as well and plenty of parking. The only downside was the place was a bit dated and the thermostat for the heater was only in one room but it controlled the heat for both the rooms which I found was weird."
