"The staff were less than helpful, There was no car parking anywhere near the hotel. It was student accommodation and not suitable for mature aged travellers.
We chose not to stay here and found another motel."
"Everything was readily available, super convenient, great location and much better than a hotel. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, full kitchen, large common area and laundry facilities in the same complex. "
"Very poor. I will not recommend this hotel. Book it at your peril. You have been warned.
There is a difference between the management of the accommodate (focal point) and the hotel side (Guest 365). Focal point can't help you because they don't you. Guest 365 is not on site, no one to help you.
To get my key, I had to call Guest365, no code was given by email, very disorganised. No extra towel for the 4 days I spent, no extra toiletries, no cleaning, no change of bed sheet. Very poor.

"The location was excellent and walking distance from the beautiful English market, shops and restaurants.
Since it is a student accommodation I was prepared to a less confort, but our family stay was great. The place super clean and the person working at the registration desk was wonderful. Overall a great experience. "
"Location was great, beds not the most comfortable. Coffee supplied with basic glasses/dishes. Hot shower was great! Nice sitting area to relax with friends"

"Sara and Ian have carved a little bit of paradise off for the rest of us to enjoy and I thank them for that! It was a wonderful location and waking up on the bay is incredible. Careful if you're driving in town but that pretty typical of Ireland."
"I asked the property manager at least twice for the physical address of the property. He never gave it to me. His best answer was that it was the red building on a street, up a steep hill.On the bright side, it was located close to the train station, and within reasonable walking distance of Center City.Getting hot water was tricky. It took us several tries to get it to the shower. Never really got hot water at the bathroom sink, nor the kitchen sink. There is a refrigerator, a microwave,...
"The apartment is modern, spacious and well-equipped. It was delightful for a stay of four weeks. It's right on the marina, steps from the old town, and accessing beautiful, long walks for many miles around the harbor and out to the sea in two directions. Catherine, the host, was easy to reach and very accommodating. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property."

"Best shower of any hotel! Could have done without the cutesy, cheeky vibes of this ultra modern hotel, but I'm sure others find it funny. It did mean the design was on-point and thoughtful. Good food at the restaurant too. Excellent location to walk around town, except for the late-night trains."
"Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Cork Is a fantastic place, welcoming and friendly atmosphere everything is at a very high standard. The hotel offers you rest and relaxation while you’re close enough to explore cork city if you drive there are no parking meters just beautiful clean roadsides. The hotel grounds are as emasculate as the hotel, spa and gymnasium are also available, relaxing sofas everywhere intimate and private at the same time. Definitely recommend to anyone who knows about the Radisson hotels to get a totally brilliant experience ,highly professional customer service by all staff. 💯 great holiday!"
"This place is a good place to stay and the only critique is the beds are a little bit rough. A €50 mattress topper on Amazon would fix the problem. That’s just my feedback. Each apartment has a private room that’s rented out and each room has its bathroom with a private shower and toilet and sink. The only thing that shared is the kitchen. I would much rather stay in a place at this then stay in a hostel. Overall, I will give it a 4.5 out of five. Just one small area of improvement is the bed."
"Great hotel and staff. The only drawback was a courtyard interior facing room on a corner by a walkway…limited privacy and I missed fresh air during a 4 nite stay. Great location so would stay again but exterior."
"This hotel was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were fantastic. They were a good size and clean. The lobby and hotel restaurant was super nice as well. "
