"This property is brand new and the shower all filled the bathroom with 1/2” of water the staff was unable to assist. They made piles of towels to block the water from the poorly built bathrooms they are all like this. No concessions could be made by the hotel"

"Great hotel in a great location. Close to all attractions. Only downside is there is nowhere to drop bags off or park if you have a car. You need to use the pay parking 600 meters away and walk with bags."

"Arrived at the hotel late just before Andrew the concierge left for the evening. Andrew was very welcoming and friendly. Wish we’d had more time in innsbruck - a lovely town. Beautiful view of the mountains from our balcony and hearing the church bells in the morning was wonderful. A good nights sleep on comfy beds and we opted for the fab breakfast downstairs. Perfect."

"The property was in a great location to walk around the historic area, and only an 15 min walk from the main train station. The staff were so helpful. The room was well designed, considering it was on the smaller side and the bed was very comfortable. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast options, and warm service. As folks from the US, we are newer to the type of shower with a handheld sprayer, and loved the AC option, but wished it would stay on continuously through the night....
