"Could never get a maid to service our room for our three day stay. Had to call multiple times for towels. Old towels and dishes were never taken and trash never emptied."

"Don't stay here, at least not until their construction is complete. We typically like Courtyard by Marriot, but this time was not a good experience. When we arrived, the parking lot was full of construction debris, even nails. There were only a few spaces available. I understand that properties need to be renovated, but they should at least clean up the parking lot of garbage so guests can park without fear of getting nails in our tires, but that's only the beginning. We went to the bar to have a drink, the worker didn't speak English and wasn't able to make a proper Margarita, not a big deal. That night, when we went to bed (10P), we heard people partying in the parking lot and playing music. I called the front desk, but the room phone didn't work, so I went down to the front desk to make the hotel was aware of the situation, but the clerk stated that these were the construction workers and that's what they do after work. She told me that they stay there as well. The construction workers were not speaking English, and when I tried to speak with them, they didn't understand me. On the way back to my room, I was confronted by a transvestite prostitute in the stairwell, speaking the same language as the construction workers. Obviously, Marriot supports the hiring of non-American workers, who end up behaving in a manner that diminishes their paying guests of a reasonably quiet Hotel room. How would you like to be confronted by a transvestite late at night in a stairwell?"

"Property is located in a great location with views of Blue Ridge Mtns. Get a room with mountain view. Rooms were clean, staff helpful, all restaurants were great. If you are there on a Friday or Saturday night take advantage of Seafood or Prime rib buffet, we did the Prime Rib buffet, it was excellent. Chef prepared food with too many choices. Easy access to downtown and Blue Ridge Parkway. Very expensive however it is a 5 star resort."

"She is very nice and it was clean for the most part. Easy for mosquitoes to get in it seems and the blankets didn’t smell super fresh. The biggest thing I was disappointed by was the location. I specifically booked this rental because the description says it is downtown… it was an 8 minute drive. I wasn’t super familiar with Asheville prior to this trip so it is now obvious just by the pictures. However, we were in town for a wedding and really wanted to be downtown with all of our family. The stay was fine and easy but I wouldn’t have booked this location had I known it wasn’t actually downtown."

"Unfortunately target overbooked the terrace rooms, so we got bumped to a king suite. It was quite unfortunate as that was what we were looking forward too, however they did give us a free bottle of wine. Food and drinks were amazing at watch and the observatory. Our room is big and super clean. The bed and sheets were comfortable"
