This cozy holiday apartment on the ground floor of the "Südwester" house impresses with its furnishings and great location, just a few steps from the sea and the beach.

A large living room with an open kitchen and a terrace with beautiful garden furniture await you!

A cozy bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with a sofa bed for 2 people await you.

The pretty bathroom has a shower and toilet.

In the communal cellar of the house (access from outside, accessible via stairs) you will find coin-operated washing machines and coin-operated dryers, as well as a communal bicycle cellar for your bicycles.

Enjoy walks on the beach and the proximity to the port of Timmendorf and the Baltic Sea, you can't live any closer to the sea!

There is a parking space for the apartment at the house.

A high chair and a travel cot are available for our little guests.

WiFi is available free of charge.

Wir haben uns, wie schon in anderen Wohnungen in diesem Komplex, extremst wohl gefühlt. Und wir werden auch garantiert wieder kommen! Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind uns dennoch aufgefallen: Es wäre toll, wenn zur Grundausstattung immer Spülmittel gehören würde. Und dazu wenigstens eine Rolle Küchenpapier sowie Mülltüten. Das sind keine großen Investitionen, aber es hilft, wenn sie von Anfang an da sind und man nicht erst mit dem Auto nach Kirchdorf fahren muss, um diese Sachen zu kaufen. Ein Hinweis auf den sehr versteckt liegenden Parkplatz in den Buchungsunterlagen wäre auch toll. Wir sind in der Nacht angereist und haben nicht gleich die App installiert, so dass der Parkplatz bei Anreise unauffindbar für uns war. Sonst war wieder alles sehr fein und nun gibt es ja auch WLAN in den Wohnungen. Klasse! Viele Grüße auf unsere Lieblingsinsel von Anne, Cäci, Christian und Henrik aus Dresden

Es war soweit in Ordnung, leider das was sehr Wichtig ist, Schlafen ! Damit meine ich das Bett war sehr sehr schlecht, wir konnten kaum schlafen hat uns alles weh getan, das war wie wenn man auf eine Boton Platte schlafen würde. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nicht mehr bei Ihnen Buchen
