Nicht zu empfehlen

Wohnung war von der Lage sehr ruhig, Aber die Sauberkeit war miserabel, Matratzenschoner waren schmutzig (fleckig ,vorher schon benutzt ,einfach nur eklig!!!) Toilette nicht geputzt, allgemein war das Zimmer unordentlich, in den Schranken waren alte Kaffeemaschinen .... Im Treppenhaus standen alte kaputte Möbel

Unterkunft

Leider mussten wir feststellen das die Unterkunft mangelhaft war. Die Tische kleben. Es gab keinen Raucherplatz und es fehlte der Balkon an der Unterkunft. Bis zum Wasser war es auch mehr als 600 Meter.

Ich war wieder sehr zufrieden.

Die Unterkunft erfüllte auch dieses Jahr wieder ihren Zweck mich am Ziel meines Reisewunsches zu beherbergen. Sehr freundlicher Service. Das Reiseziel Gollwitz hat etwas an der Ostseeküste besonderes: eine Sandbank, die man betreten darf und wo man baden kann. Etwas für Leute die sich in die Ostsee wie in eine Badewanne legen wollen. Für Naturliebhaber: die benachbarte seit 1910 !!! unter Schutz gestellte Vogelinsel Langenwerder. Es gibt Führungen, außerhalb der Brutzeit auch auf die Insel.

Die Unterkunft war bei Ankunft voller Spinnweben die Möbel haben geklebt und im Bad waren Haare an den ganzen Fliesen und die Kloschüssel war aussen sehr verdreckt es war ne intensive Reinigung nötig.Die Duschabtrennung ist völlig falsch verbaut und für ältere Menschen die nicht gelenkig sind oder korpulentere schlecht nutzbar.

Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Silberfische im Badezimmer.Spinnen und Spinnweben.Backofen ,verdreckt,auch nach Reinigung und desinfektion nicht zu gebrauchen.Möbeloberflächen klebrig.Meine Frau musste erst eine Grundreinigung durchführen.Geschirr nicht zu gebrauchen Bestecke uralt rostig,stinkt auch nach Reinigung mit Essig und abkochen.Griffe lösten sich aus Besteck.Wir kauften Einweggeschirr und Einwegbesteck.Kühlschrank innen und aussen Grundgereinigt und desinfiziert.Geschirr tauschen

Dachwohnung

Dachwohnung ist bei 25° viel zu warm Das Bett und das Bad war beim Einzug viel zu Schmutzig. In der Küche fehlen einige Sachen zum Kochen. Beim Duschen wird das Bad komplett Nass, da diese Duschabtrennung falsch ist.....durch diese Wandschräge. Einfach aus probieren, dann weiß man auch was ich meine Katastrophe.

Starke Sauberkeitsmängel

Unser Urlaub auf der Insel Poel war sehr schön und erholsam. Leider war unsere Stimmung zu Beginn sehr enttäuschend, da der Sauberkeitszustand dieses Appartments erschreckend war. Dreckiger Fußboden und Oberflächen, viele Spinnenweben, dreckiges Bad und Küche, unreines und stinkendes Geschirr, Abflussschwierigkeiten, unbequeme und durchgelegende Matratzen.

Die Anlage ist gepflegt. Ein Spielplatz für Kinder ist vorhanden, auch eine Grillstelle kann genutzt werden. Die Unterkunft selbst bekommt nur ein ausreichend. Das Bad ist sehr klein und aufgrund der Dachschräge lässt sich die Duschwand nicht ganz auffalten. Hier ist Gelenkigkeit gefragt. Ein paar Handtuchhalter wären schön gewesen, aber laut dem netten Hausmeister, wird das bis 2022 alles erneuert. Die Küche ist mäßig ausgestattet. Das Besteck ist uralt und rostig an den Metallteilen.

Klein, aber ausreichend

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 2. OG/DG. Sie ist mit ausreichend Möbeln bestückt, das Bett knarzt/quietscht leider. Die technische Ausstattung der Küche ist in Ordnung (Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mini-Backofen). Geschirr und Besteck reichen für 2-3 Personen. Leider war das Geschirr nicht richtig sauber, konnte aber selbst schnell gereinigt werden. Ansonsten war die Wohnung reinlich. Parkplätze sind fußläufig in der Nähe. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche dort.
