Areas for improvement- more plant-based, gut friendly options at mealtimes. House/keeping in terms of cleaning and tidying our room and replacing used glasses. Every staff member I encountered went out of their way to be helpful and courteous. Whether it was advice on local attractions or dietary requests at mealtimes, nothing was ever too much trouble. It made for the perfect start to each day before exploring nearby landmarks like the Winter Gardens, the Tower, and the beachfront — all just a short walk away. "We booked a family room to stay for one night it was clean but needs a fresh coat of paint and also needs extra plug sockets so you've got somewhere to charge a device and plug a hair dryer in the beds for comfortable had a good night sleep"
