"it was okay had to reset keys a few time . i had no tv for the days i stayed try to switch room the manager kept saying ill send some to look at tv nothing. next day til the afternoon had a person look at tv and said yeah your tv doesn't work we cant do nothing i try to ask for a low room rate they said no the room are all full"

"This was terrible! I booked the banana suite. When I checked in all good went to my room and it wasn’t the suite I booked. There was hair on the floor and not clean, I asked why they put me the room. They why I booked wasn’t available. I brought food and drinks to heat up and cook. Had the food spoil, when asked why didn’t notify she said that was Expedia they had to. I asked to speak to the manager nothing. Overall even I had gotten the suit the hotel looked ran down noisy and not clean. "

"This house was very clean. The beds were comfortable and it’s in a cute neighborhood. You can easily walk to shops and restaurants in the Nob Hill area. The host was very communicative. "

"There was some issues outside of the house with debris left by the back gate entrance and cables hanging near the back door that would knock into the wall in high winds. And dryer was not working "
