"We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent and within walking distance of the Zócalo, Bellas Artes, and Torre Latinoamericana, making it a great base for exploring the city.
The staff was very helpful throughout our visit. It was just my husband and me on this trip, and we booked a room with two queen beds. It was plenty of space for the two of us, but I think it would feel a bit tight with more than two guests.
Since the hotel is located in the Historic Center, you should expect some street noise and people out enjoying the nightlife. We were also there during the World Cup, which definitely added to the noise level.
The mattresses were a little firmer than I prefer, but it wasn't a major issue. Our room was also next to what I believe was a maintenance room, and there was a recurring thumping noise that sounded similar to a dryer running.
Overall, we had an easy and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect, and I would definitely consider staying here again."
