"The hotel is in an industrial (offices) area, away from restaurants, shopping or local atractions, but besides was very convinient and clean."

We were told that it happens when many people are online at the same time. The price was similar to other small places in the area."

Terrie at the front desk was the nicest woman we’ve ever met at a hotel; extremely welcoming and accommodating. Room was clean and smelled nice. The parking was so easy and close to walk. We will absolutely be back!! Thanks for everything!"

"I recently stayed at the Canopy by Hilton Ithaca Downtown and overall had a very positive experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and clearly well maintained. The location is excellent, and the rooms were comfortable—especially the beds. Where the experience fell short was on the service side. The staff, while friendly, often came across as a bit disengaged and not particularly attentive. There were small but noticeable issues—like empty coffee stations and long wait times at the restaurant (we were told 45 minutes for food), which made it feel understaffed. That said, one staff member in the restaurant on Friday night made a genuine effort to improve the experience, which was appreciated. With a stronger focus on service and staffing, this hotel could easily match the high quality of its physical space."
