"I live about an hour away from Orlando and planned an overnight hotel stay to go to the parks Friday night and Saturday. This is one of the only hotels that doesn’t charge for parking or resort fees, which made it well worth it. The hotel was less than a 10 minute drive to universal parks and offers transportation, we did not use bc of the hours they offered, which is worth it since parking at the parks is $32. The check-in took less than 5 minutes and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were perfect for us, we had a great view of Volcano Bay, and the beds were very comfy. All in all, a great, short family getaway!!"

"Everything was great, the only thing is that the ice machine was not working on our side of the building so we had to go to the next breezeway to get ice, it was storming and although it's a covered pathway it was just a bit inconvenient, parking was a bit tight considering you pay $25 and then have to walk a long way to get to the room, not enough disabled parking. "
