This so our go to place when we visit North Conway. The staff at the reception are very nice, the Continental breakfast is delicious and the rooms are clean. It is a quiet place to stay off the beaten path but close to everything in town. I highly recommend staying here.

This is our go to spot for a quick trip. Easy check in/check out. Staff is always friendly. Rooms are cute and clean. Breakfast wasn’t great and the coffeemaker was broken, which was disappointing. Overall still a great little place, and I’m sure I’ll be staying there again.

We had a really comfortable stay here. The room was spotless, and the in‑room hot tub was a real hot tub — not one of those tiny jacuzzis — which made the stay feel extra relaxing. The fireplace added a cozy touch, especially in the winter. The room had a shower (no tub), but plenty of towels for two people, and the office was literally a few seconds away if we needed more. The blackout curtains were great for privacy, and the sunset view from the property was unbeatable. We didn’t get to try the pool since it was winter, but it looked well‑kept. Breakfast and coffee were available in the morning, and the staff always greeted us warmly when we walked in. The room also came with a mini fridge and microwave, which was convenient. The only minor hiccup was that the phone didn’t seem to have a dial tone, but we didn’t look into it further. TV had basic cable channels, which was fine for winding down at night. The location is also great — just a short drive to charming local shops and plenty of places to eat, including gluten‑free options. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay. Overall, a clean, cozy, and friendly place to stay with some really nice amenities.

Very well kept, clean, and comfortable!

It was very impressed with the professional and courteous staff, well kept and maintained rooms and grounds, and amenities. Located in a great spot with easy access to Crawford and Pinkham Notches as well as North Conway. I look forward to staying again!
