The space
The portion of the house intended for guests is completely independent and equipped for any need.

Enjoy all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a relaxing living area.

The large garden is at guests' complete disposal, and ideal for spending relaxing afternoons in the sun or a quiet evening under the stars. A patio is available that can be used to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or alfresco lunches.

The property is in a very quiet and comfortable area, and is about 4.5 km from Sulmona town and 2.5 km from Introdacqua.
There is the possibility to take advantage of bus services to Sulmona, Introdacqua and Scanno, however it is recommended to use the car that can be comfortably parked inside the property at no additional cost.

In addition, if you own an electric car, you can comfortably be stocked by the Electrical Column accessible to all guests at a discounted price.

We usually live in the area adjacent to the vacation home, so we are always available and easily accessible for any need or information you may have.

Guests will have the holiday home, completely independent and equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home for both a short and a long holiday.

We are happy to welcome you in person, however there is also the possibility to self-check in, in case the arrival times are outside of the normal time slot.
