"This is quite simply a gorgeous place to stay. It is expensive but worth every penny. The location and grounds are excellent with walks to the loch side and castle just a few minutes from the main building. The room and facilities are exquisite. Access to the comfortable library and lounge gives a great place to relax and read or have a drink before or after dinner. A top stay! We had stayed here on our honeymoon 30 years previously and it still lived up to the expectations for our recent anniversary stay."

"Adorable little cottage overlooking Loch Ness. On the same property as Clansman Hotel so close to restaurant and cafe. Across the street from Jacobite boat tours. Amazing for a girls trip. Slightly outdated but very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Stunning views of the loch. "

"This hotel had lots of charm and was a convenient stop for our stay in Inverness. The food in the restaurant was delicious and artfully presented, and the pub was a great place for a nightcap. The room was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this property for future travelers. "

"Hotel situated in a stunning location. Anyone looking to relax can certainly make themselves at home. Relaxed atmosphere and comfortable bed. No tv however they are trying to promote an atmosphere that does not need a tv. Not that there's much on it anyway. Also with free, fast wi-fi you can still use your phone/tablet if you need to watch something etc. Meals very nice, Steak was tasty and Haddock was in a Golden beer batter and was lovely. Pea and mint soup was tasty and fresh bread had a really nice flavour. Lovely family run hotel that provides comfort and rest. *****"
