This was a nice room, clean and comfortable. The host was friendly and offered good advice for local restaurants and activities within walking distance. We enjoyed the big Scottish breakfasts and the cookies and tea in our room.

Great value and spot on.

A clean and comfortable small room which I knew before trip. Perfect size for a single person. Hosts were friendly and very accommodating especially during these strange times. Breakfast choices were excellent, well prepared and delivered quickly and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble. There was parking if I needed but didn’t. Close to City a short walk. Plenty of local information in room to look at if required. My only very small niggle was that room and especially en suite shower room could do with a refresh and update. I would stay again tho as it was very clean and comfortable and also practical for myself.

Good one-nighter

Ferry was delayed so arrived after 8pm but phoned and landlady was very relaxed about it. Met me on arrival and showed me to my room. Chatty and friendly at breakfast the following day. Comfortable bed - a good one-nighter.
