"I stayed for two nights and, while the hotel has potential, a couple of basic issues let the experience down. On arrival, I noticed a few long hairs left in the sink, which wasn’t a great first impression. More importantly, on the second morning there was no hot water at all, meaning I had to take a cold shower. For me, the essentials of any hotel stay are a clean room, a good night’s sleep, and a hot shower. Unfortunately, not all of these were met."

"Front desk staff were very friendly, helpful, and multilingual. Room was clean and surprisingly large for a European hotel. Plenty of space for 3 beds for 4 people. Bathroom was equally large with both a soaking tub & shower. The hotel restaurant doesn't open for dinner, but they offer a discount at a local restaurant very close by (walkable) that has delicious food."

"The room was comfortable and very clean, the staff was a highlight - thoughtful, friendly, helpful, and went our o their way to make sure we were taken care of. Breakfasts were great with bartender ready to make us fresh cappuccinos. One day we weren't feeling well and they made sure we had food. So kind. would definitely recommend. public transport to metro across the street."
