"Excellent base for an overnight stay as directly opposite the train station and Union Square shopping centre for food and shops. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel was spotless. Our room (230) was huge and very clean. Bathroom was nice and modern. Furniture was a bit of a,mismatch but perfectly functional. Only downside was the roasting hot radiator that wouldn't turn down. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again. "

The food for three of us was excellent, though one dish fell slightly short of expectations. We shared constructive feedback, which was swiftly addressed by the chef to our satisfaction. Breakfast the next morning was equally impressive, with a fully cooked option that was delicious and well-presented. The staff in both the restaurant and bar were attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. Customer service is clearly a top priority at this hotel, and it truly shows. We will definitely be back."
