"The hotel was the lovely a s the room was comfortable. The room was booked for two people, but it only had one twin size duvet and one bath towel. It wasn’t set up for two people. I’m sure I could have requested more, but we made due. The check in staff were very polite and helpful!"

"We had a nice stay at Château Gütsch. The highlight of the hotel is undoubtedly the spectacular view from the terrace, which overlooks Lucerne, the lake and the surrounding mountains. It’s the main reason to stay here and it’s truly breathtaking, especially in the evening. Our room was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was much appreciated during the hot weather. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection. "The hotel was very satisfactory. It had air-conditioning and all the amenities we needed. We stayed in a quadruple room with our kids. The bathroom was very tiny but fine for our short stay. Staff was very helpful when we arrived early in the day and needed to store our luggage until check-in. It is next to the main train station but about a 20 minute walk so not as close as you might expect."

"mine was a newer single room. Very nice. Clean. Fifth floor so most mostly quiet. reception staff was great. This year reception was open at the hotel, not at the Monopol a few doors down. They were able to find me a fan that worked, to help cool the room. But of course it was very hot."
