From the moment of pick-up from the airport to the second we left, you feel the thoughtfulness, luxury and superiority. Location of the hotel is unbeatable, close to the carpark area and next to the center of Oia. Bath area with nice take away Bvlgari amenities, and shower area with high quality Apivita 3. Bed - very comfy 4. Air-conditioning- easy and well control. "We absolutely loved our stay at Nikos Villas!!! The hotel and location was a dream- beautiful vistas on both sides of Oia, very friendly and hospitable staff and wonderful breakfasts! It was also about a 2-3 minute walk from the busy downtown area if Oia so quieter but still convenient. We hope to return again!"

"This is the most unique and beautiful property I've ever experienced. The rooms are literally carved into the mountain of Oia. Stunning views of the ocean and plenty of deck space with comfortable lounge chairs to bask in the sun. Staff were exceptionally friendly and the breakfast was healthy and delicious."
