Nice location. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything. We didn’t use the bus system but I did notice a stop at the corner. Garage was clean and easily fit one mid size suv and one small crossover. There is extra parking just adjacent to the driveway if you had extra vehicles. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Beds were nice. All linens were high quality. Plenty of extra towels and blankets. We didn’t prepare any meals, but the kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, pans, and utensils. Living room furniture was comfortable. We didn’t use the deck.MOST IMPORTANT (to me): High quality shower heads and plenty of hot water. If you don’t do stairs, don’t stay here. We were fine but elderly or physically limited individuals would not be. Will be making many more trips to UIHC in the next several months and will happily stay here many times!

Great stay in Iowa City

This property was surprisingly much nicer than on line photos. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. Stayed there for 2 nights while attending a Univ of IA football game. Will definitely stay again.

Comfortable stay, responsive manager

We enjoyed our weeklong stay here: the furniture is comfortable, the location is minutes from everywhere we needed to go and the property manager was quick to respond when we needed something. We appreciated the good wifi!

No frills but good amount of space

No frills condo, and outdated, But good amount of space, and fairly clean. Carpet needs replaced with a solid surface in areas. Appreciated it being in a quieter neighborhood but off a Main Street that gets you to most places. It was fine for the few hours we were there a couple of days.

lots of bathrooms, bedrooms and stairs

The townhouse is in an apartment complex near the highway, which is convenient. Very clean and quiet. There was a 3rd bedroom with a bunkbed that we didn't expect. It was quiet and clean.

Wedding prep!

We came to Iowa for our son’s wedding. This townhouse was centrally located and served our purposes very well. There were extra mattresses and sleeping options which was nice. Plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, etc. we enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Lovely condo in a great neighborhood

We booked this property for family who came to IC for a celebration in December. The house was clean and well furnished with plenty of linens and basic pantry supplies. We were in the middle of the blizzard and the warmth and coziness of the house was much appreciated. Mark's communication was prompt and he accommodated our requests where possible. Would certainly choose to use this property again.

Perfect for Game Day or Downtown Visit

Great location for quick and easy trip to campus and downtown. Roomy townhouse for two couples (plus a bunk bed if you have kids along). Garage for parking is a plus. Owner is very good with contact. We stayed for a weekend to go to a Hawkeyes game. It was perfect for that. Grocery store less than a mile away.

Great location!

This property was clean, comfortable and very centralized. We appreciated having the basics, paper towels, TP, garbage bags and soap. Property manager, Mark, was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

A great location close to the University

The perfect place to stay to visit our daughter at University of Iowa. The home is about a 9-minute drive from the University in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The house was exactly as described - clean, well appointed, and convenient. Mark was easy to communicate with and responsive.
