No worries if you didn't have food at night.. tesco extra is really nearan closed at 10pm.. buy anything you want and bring back to your hotel.. it's easiest and convenience for us.. this hotel seems new and all are like new.. so everything is okay and good to use.. the manager is also concern about their customers.. she did the surprise to ny husband and arrange all for me.. thank you for the good stay!!! 👍👍

Decent budget hotel for 2 nights stay considering the low rate of RM85 nett per night for a Deluxe room and where most of the time we were not in the hotel. Location is a bit far from town but with a car shouldn't pose an issue. Near to Tesco. Service can be more pleasant despite budget.

1st time staying here, i usually stay at the other Indra Boutique next door. Property is well maintained and almost half the price of the other one. Cleanliness definitely much better too. Comfortable for short stay.

The level setter for an budget hotel.

Indra Hotel is value for money. Its clean, tidy, comfortable and spacious.. Its the best bet for the money if its under hundred bucks. Definitely the bar setter for budget hotel.

Ok, great location

Is so noisy. Can clearly hear staff walk around on 2am midnight I book one day before i check in. Staff couldn’t find my booking. But the staff is so nice and friendly. I spend 15 there at the hotel lobby. This is hotels.com mistake and please take note

VERY STRONG SMELL OF CIGARETTE SMOKE

I have booked a room using online apps and have chosen a room with a king bed with non smoking room. I and my wife and my baby went to check in at 10.30 pm, front desk staff said there was a duplication of the reservation and the room I chose was full. They replace with twin sharing rooms. When I entered the room there was a VERY STRONG SMELL OF CIGARETTE SMOKE and made us very uncomfortable. I have made a complaint to the front counter staff to change another room. But the staff said all hotel rooms were fully booked. They promised to solve this problem within 30 minutes. But I waited for almost 1 hour when their staff came to get rid of the smell of cigarette smoke. Then only at 12.00 midnight I and my family can get back into the room.

Budget hotel for short stay

It s a budget hotel and the rooms are located at the second floor with no elevator access. Hence, only suitable for short stay with minimal luggage as you need to bring the luggage up yourself using the staircase. Room is clean and basic furniture. The walls of the room are not sound proof hence can hear noise from the next door and outside the room.
