"The check in was excellent. Paula was really helpful & could not have done more to make us welcome. Room wasn’t ready, but given towels and the use of facilities straight away. All ? and queries answered quickly & with humour. Pool area very nice. Bar & restaurant only open to 4:30pm. However, so many just a short walk away, it makes sense that they don’t try to compete. Would definitely stay here again if in Kos."

"Our first family holiday abroad and it did not disappoint, everyone was so friendly they could not do enough for you. The staff were always happy. Food was lovely, something for everyone. Lovely pools and gardens just a lovely setting, definitely go there again "

"The guest checkin service was uninviting and poorly managed. No directions to your room or porter service. Similarly, trying to book a late checkout or drinks that are not included in the all inclusive package, was frustrating. The staff were under trained or very new and had no idea what to do, and there never seemed to be a supervisor around to help with guest queries. Also, I have never stayed in a hotel where you are instructed NOT to put used toilet paper in the toilet in your room, but to dispose of it in a pedal beside the toilet. I ended up having to make frequent visits to the main reception toilet which had no restrictions. Overall, I found the facilities, entertainment and general layout of the resort underwhelming. However, the buffets were tasty and there was a good selection. But you would get bored of the menu after a week."

"Fabulous hotel in a great location. The room was spacious, air conditioned and lovely with a nice balcony, mini fridge, comfy beds and a great bathroom. The hotel breakfast was a big buffet with hot cooked breakfast including bacon, sausage and eggs and cold cuts and cheese as well as honey, yogurts, jam, spreads etc and a freshly made fried egg and pancake station. The hotel pool was very spacious with lots of sunbeds although there was the usual scrum and the beach is right on the hotel with white sand and turquoise blue sea. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating and lovely and explained everything clearly and provided a fab service. The hotel is also brilliantly located with a little shop just over the road and the town of Mastichari only a 15 minute coastal path walk away which had a big supermarket and lots of small shops bars and restaurants. The hotel also had options for excursions such as a daily bus to Kos town which was only €10 return. We had a really relaxing stay and would come back again!"
