"When we arrived they couldn't find our reservation booking, so we had to wait very long time, the receptionist didn't explain anything about the facilities of the Hotel, no instructions at all plus very unfriendly. The hotel is ok for a max 4 Stars but definitely not a Luxury 5 Stars Hotel, the 1st few days the cleaning wasnt good at all, after complaining it improved a lot! "Firstly, we didn't get into Kos till 10 p.m., so we knew we would unlikely get anything to eat. But when we arrived at the hotel the receptionist informed us that they knew we were coming late, so they had prepared some sandwiches for us in case we were hungry!!!
