Rooms were good; restaurant not so good.

Saturday at 9AM they had one cook and one waiter working at the hotel restaurant. They should have said service would be slow before we sat down. Restaurant service was substandard. Everything else was great.

Concordia hotel

The hotel is pretty new, I did my reservations for 4 people but once I did my check in they charge per extra people in the room because the price supposed to be just for one person, if I booked double bed how this happened.. by the way, in the web page needs to be more clear about the booking. And the service was not good at all.

We found that even it's a new hotel, they are in the learning curve and there are some key point they need to pay attention. - The bed was not well done, the person in charge don't stretch the linen, she only covers it completely wrinkled with the top blanket. - The carpet was not vacuumed during the three days we were there - On the other hand no one is taking care of the plants they have, all of them are needing water daily.

Excelente opcion

El cuarto amplio y muy comodo además de limpio. Amamos el cafe de cortesia en el lobby y la maquina también tenia chocolate caliente lo cual para los niños fue genial. El área de terraza /juegos super cómoda para que los niños jugaran un rato.
