Sadly, wasn’t a good one

The only one thing Good in this experience is the staff of the Hotel was friendly. But overall, my state wasn’t that good in general because so many things, I will mention they need to take it with care, and change so many like: 1- the bedsheet and the blanket are very old in bad condition. They need to change them with a new one. 2- I ask the reception to clean my room. The only thing they did is ranging the bed and the sheets without changing them, or cleaning the bathroom nicely and neat. 3- the breakfast menu was very simple and tasteless they need to to add more options and flavor.

After I made reservation receptionist told me there is no room but when his friend come he give him my room and told me to pay extra money to upgrade my room if I want to stay at this hotel.

Great location is the high point.

Staff were friendly and helpful right from the start. The location of the hotel was in the middle of numerous restaurants and shops. As for the room that's where it got a little interesting. First I wouldnt rate the shower higher than a 1 as the shower rose was only pretending to do its job and if you are a little on the large side you may not get into the shower to be disappointed by the shower itself, then things like no tea or coffee in the room and by the end of the one night stay we were rationing the toilet paper and left the room with literally one sheet left. The Internet service was poor at best and the linen used was defiantly on the cheap side of average. On the plus side of the ledger the a/c worked wonderfully. The parking for the hotel is a plus as its right at the front door.

A nice night in 7 days in irbid

Although I received a confirmation from u, the hotel has not received that. Also, the room I had was different from what I booked; it was smaller and the bed was not king. Instead two single beds were attached together and were easily became two beds. The stay was ok
