"pool says hours were until 10 pm went down around 9.20 pm an it was completely dark and the dead bolt was on the door , so your key card would' not open it, the shower in the room, water did not drain properly, plus shower was not warm, at check out there was no one at the desk, called on phone, and they said just drop the key in the box, zero customer service."

"This property was everything I thought it would be and more. The owners were just a message away and quick to respond. The cabins were clean, and FULL of things to do. It was full of everything you'd need such as dishes, soap, laundry detergent, towels, games, books, puzzles, extra linen and so on. We went while there was still snow on the ground and the lake frozen; however, there were so many things to do in the cabin. I have two boys ages 12 and 13, and we are from a large city. Thr game room in the cabin brought us close again and we had so much fun off our phones and just playing games together and watching movies. We enjoyed the hot tub every day. I'd love to come back in the summer and take advantage of the lake fun! If you do stay during the winter months, the second bathroom in the second cabin is out of service(this is clearly stated in the description). Also, the third bedroom is located in the second cabin, which has a really nice heater. There is a guide book for you in the main cabin that has instructions, all the info youll need, and suggestions for activities in the surrounding areas. This place is great for all ages, all kinds of groups, a romantic getaway, or just a getaway where you can spend quality time with your immediate family. It's also pet friendly. I'd highly recommend checking out the hiking in Merril on the Ice Age Trail. It has amazing hikes alongside the Wisconsin River and the rapids are gorgeous!"

"King room was very nice and clean and fresh smelling and looking. The hardwood flooring in the room makes it feel a lot cleaner than old carpeting. The breakfast was very basic. The front desk staff wreaked of cigarette smoke which was off putting but they were friendly enough. "

"Beds are poor quality, tvs are so small, pillows we the size ofvthrow pillows and my favorite part....the smoke detector in our room was bagged off. Details and safety can not be overlooked."
