We particularly enjoyed eating at the Salty Dogs around the corner and at the Quarterdeck a short drive away. The VRBO was clean and comfortable. We appreciated having the deck to sit out on. "

"We had an amazing weekend while staying in this lovely property. This condo was perfect for 3 couples for a quick weekend trip. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, and the living area is bright and sunny. And the views!! We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen appeared to be well stocked for a longer stay. The pool/pool area was great! Caroline was super responsive to our inquires before and during our trip. Pretty sure we’ve found our forever-rental when we visit Daufuskie!"

"We hadn’t been to Hilton Head in 14 years after going for decades. The memories of the Salty Dog and RBC Heritage came flooding back. This Bluff Villa was perfect. Beautiful view, clean and comfortable. The hosts were quick to respond to my questions. No issues. Wonderful stay. Highly recommend. "

"I was looking to decompress. Even though there were houses next door and across the street, the Evan Cottage on Daufuskie Island was quiet and a perfect place for me to do just that. I plan to go back. "

"This was our first visit to Daufuskie Island, and the island itself is absolutely beautiful. For the most part, we had a great time. However, we did experience a few issues with the condo, though the staff was very friendly and made efforts to address our concerns.One major issue was the refrigerator, which was not functioning properly. It couldn’t keep our food cold, The staff kindly provided us with some ice and even offered to move our food to another unit. However, since we had limited time on the island, we decided not to take advantage of the offer to avoid the hassle.Additionally, the TV in the bunk bed room didn’t work because the cord couldn’t reach the outlet. The staff was quick to provide an extension cord, which helped resolve the issue.The cleanliness of the condo also left something to be desired. There was a lot of dust on the desk in the living room, which looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while. Since it was one of the first things you notice when you enter, it gave a bit of an unpleasant impression right off the bat.Despite these issues, we had a great time on the island and appreciated the staff’s efforts to make our stay as comfortable as possible"

"Spectacular cottage on peaceful Daufuskie Island beachfront! We enjoyed long walks along the beach with no crowds. The sunrises and moonrises were amazing. We enjoyed days exploring the island and evenings talking around the fire pit. Tammy and Kurt were very responsive to any questions that we had & all the residents that we met were very kind. Will definitely come back!!"
