"They did not have our room type so they gave us instead of a two bedroom suite. Just normal hotel room. They told us while we were already on the way on the day of booking. We were thankfully accomodated for early check in which we had requested the hotel the day we booked. "

I did nothing wrong and the front desk knew the day before i was plannion staying but didn't inform me until check out time the following 2 days after knowing what i was doing. Now im have problems getting my refund."
