Everytime we come to Iron Mountain we stay here. We absolutely love this hotel! The staff makes you feel like family! The breakfast is absolutely delicious and they have such a great variety! The room are massive and very clean! Highly recommend!

This is our favorite hotel in the area. Everything is great! The rooms are very well designed, and have a nice kitchenette and a comfortable bed. Great breakfast too. Also, they allow pets. Wonderful place to stay!

I loved the interior and exterior design. Everything in the building was very well laid out and there was great deal of attention paid to every detail. I world recommend this hotel to everyone staying anywhere close to here.

Very up-to-date If I had to stay more than one night, this would definitely be the place as every room had a little kitchenette. The staff was very welcoming. The room was very clean. Location was perfect centrally located.

We enjoyed having hot breakfasts, using real plates and silverware. And we liked having a kitchenette in the room. Also pets are welcome and our cat was happy. Its a beautiful new hotel with good service.

Indifferent staff that can't be bothered to explain billing charges, build quality so shoddy you can hear normal volume conversations ABOVE you and see daylight between the elevator doors, and cleaning staff so lazy that wiping up a puddle in my bathroom resulted in the towel turning brown with dirt. Heat/AC only works if you are in the space moving around so, even in October, both stepping out for a few hours and not moving enough in your sleep to be detected by the sensor result in a frigid room - I can't imagine what January is like. At these rates, you should receive a quality experience but they are simply taking advantage of business travelers. Leisure travelers, avoid at all costs. I know there aren't many options in this town but this is one of the worst values.

The hotel is fairly new and very nice but housekeeping was lacking. We were told it would be every other day but they never came to our room and we had stayed 3 nights. The breakfast area was clean and offered several choices on Saturday morning but it was less stocked on Sunday.
