"Very clean, well-maintained and spacious room and washroom. Comfortable beds with clean sheets. The kitchenette was well-equipped with everything one might need to cook light meals or prepare coffee/tea. Has a good size refrigerator and microwave, toaster, coffee maker, hot plate, kettle, basic pots/pans, spatula, cutting knife, cutting board, cutlery, dishwashing liquid and even cleaning rags! Excellent staff and service - always smiling, prompt, very helpful and warm. The hotel is literally next to everything you would need and 5 minutes to Polar Bear Habitat and the Polar Bear Express station. Oh and very tasty, filling, warm breakfast served with love by the staff. The only issue we had was that we could not connect to the wifi on either of our phones but we didn't need to use it for anything beyond usual surfing so the phone internet worked fine for us. It would be perfect to have a vacuum and mop as things can get messy with kids and cooking in the room. We stayed with 2 kids and all in all it was easily one of the best stays we have had."
