"Staff were excellent, helpful and polite. Room was clean although soap, was open on sink. In morning turned shower on, drain was blocked, as tray was low rim, water overflowed quickly on bathroom floor, dried with towels into toilet. Went to reception, staff came along quickly and sorted out vacant room to have shower. Breakfast good selection, bacon not very well cooked, otherwise ok. "

"House was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Was met by one of the owners, who was very welcoming and she gave me my key and some useful information. The room (a small double) was beautiful and looked out onto the main room. Bed was comfy and had a great night's sleep. Only 2 issues, plug sockets are all very low to the carpet and I struggled to use them, as I have health issues. Other issue was the shower. I struggled to get hot shower, with all the buttons and yhen when I did get it, there wasn't a lot of pressure there. It didnt stop me having a shower and washing my hair though, although bigger a bigger bath towel would be appreciated. I didn't have breakfast, so cannot comment on it, but it smelt good. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Lovely modern hotel, rooms were beautifully decorated and bed was comfortable, check in was quick and staff were all lovely. Close to golf course which was ideal for my husband 😂"

"We have stayed here before and it is a good practical option for us when we visit family. It is clean modern and nice and warm. We have stayed twice before in different rooms, both of which were bigger than the one we had this time. It would really have been more suitable for a single guest. That being said, we did manage ok for 2 nights. We did notice the noise from other guests a bit more this time than we did before. The location is ideal as there are shops, bars and decent restaurants nearby, as well as the train station with links to Glasgow and Prestwick Airport. The owner is quick to respond to any queries and messages which is good. We will stay again. "

"Carpet has never been cleaned. Shower drainage blocked. The door key snapped when I tried to unlock. They wanted me to pay £90 for the key. The room smelled bad. It’s a guest house for people with no standards "

"I was sent an email by someone named Edith saying she was the host and to reach out if there were problems We arrived and the thermostat was not working When I called I received a call center and not Edith I had to go and buy batteries myself and repair it myself It was late and cold I tried twice to get the problem fixed I only heard from "Edith" the next morning who informed me that she only works 8-4 Make sure your problems are 8-4 Now with that said The apartment was well kept and centrally located for us to walk about our hometown "
