"My room was backed up to the train tracks, and the entire room shook when the trains drove pass twice. The TV remote did not work. When I called the front desk, no one answered the call. More importantly, for safety concerns, the door was not equipped with a dead bolt lock."

"The person on duty was very nice. The location was perfect as it is walking distance from SNA airport and a rental car facility. I checked in around 9:30 PM and when I got to my room there where two bath towels available. One bath towel had brown stains on it. Then I saw a huge roach laying on his back in front of the toilet; it was still alive. I grabbed a bunch of toilet paper and immediately got rid of the roach. I called the person at the desk and she told me they have pest service and offered to move me to another room but after inspecting the room and bed for more bugs with out finding any, I opted to stay as I only had a few hours before I needed to get up due to a very early flight. I thought about going to the Hilton next door but I didnt because I really needed sleep. To keep any bugs in hiding from coming out, I made sure my luggage was zipped closed tight and kept all of the lights on while I tried to sleep. I would have tried to get my money back but I figured I would be wasting my time because I doubt they would give it back and it was so late, I needed at least a couple hours of sleep. Needless to say, I did not sleep well. I go to LA a lot to see my Son and his family. I will never stay at this hotel again. "
