Our room was clean. breakfast was good. Noise was an issue as the concrete building is next to train tracks. Also our window was cloudy so you couldn't see thru it. It was also broken so it didn't close all the way. The jacuzzi was also broken, so we couldn't use it.
The property was clean and overall did not smell too musty. However this is a 2 star hotel, the room was concrete and the carpets were stained. The elevator was out of service and the keys only worked one time. The front desk was mildly helpful, but did not have extra blankets. I would say you pay for what you get.
Breakfast was plentiful and everyone was happy. Outstanding staff. We are looking forward to the next stay.

Decent place for the price. Had a spacious room in the separate remodeled vintage building. Comfy green design with concrete walls for our specific room. The A/C was Okay (Kinda weak), The train track behind our room was Irritating late at night. Whenever my co worker and I asked for a room cleaning and towels. We never got it. And called a few times. I left my work sunglasses on the dresser Friday morning, I called the next day and they said they didn’t have them. So that was pretty Wacky. Breakfast was good, Front desk accountants were respectful, Just disappointed that we didn’t get the room service we requested. With that being said though , I probably wont be booking here again though.
Two stars because the bed and bathroom appeared very clean. The room smelled like smoke and mold (we don't smoke), walls, carpets and flooring were not very clean. The continental breakfast was good. There's was what appeared to be a smelly drunk man, spread on the floor by the stars landing, hours after we informed the front desk. He asked for food or money every time we went by.

Room clean, some amenities are getting a little old, but the vibe of the whole place is really cool with its historic construction...

The room was clean and the staff were helpful when we could not find any cups. The bathroom shower had no liquid body soap in the 16 oz. dispenser. The breakfast was very good, the coffee excellent with real half and half was available. We have been coming here for years and the kitchen staff(name I think is Daniel) has always had the breakfast ready on time. The heat worked fine and the shower water was hot and there was an adequate number of towels
Room needs tlc. Some furniture is nicked or cracked, office chair does not raise. Hot water supply is great. Bed and pillows comfortable. Continental breakfast is adequate. Staff helpful and knowledgeable in correcting problems. all said, a good stay.
This is an old building that was a barley and bean silo/processing plant way back. Repurposed into a hotel and pretty cool for the value but it is right beside a train track and depending on which side you are on it’s quite loud and trains run through the night and vibration is quite noticeable. We move to the rooms side not next to the tracks and the noise was way less noticeable but could still feel vibrations but minimal. It’s a one and done stay for me.
The breakfast selection was either bread, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, pancakes or boiled eggs.
I initially went to the front desk to ask for towels for the pool and jacuzzi.
They told me there were towels in a black cart at the pool area. I went to check out the jacuzzi only to find a filthy and cold setting.
The jacuzzi was down for maintenance.
I was told only after I called from my room.
I only found out when I went to inspect the grounds and checked for the jacuzzi timer that the jacuzzi was not heating up which is why I called. I found out after I had asked for extra towels because I wanted to go to the jacuzzi and pool. I really needed to rest and relax. I had some dirty clothes that needed washing and there was only one washer and dryer on the second floor that was working. I needed some time for myself to get away but I should have just stayed home. It would have been less of a hassle. It was not worth the money spent.
I can’t tell you the amount of times I had to go back downstairs to the front desk because the keycard kept deactivating. because it was too close to my phone. The room attendants were kind.
