"This is our third stay at Knotts Hotel and we love it. The staff is amazing, rooms are clean and spacious. Very convenient that it’s a 7 min walk to three theme park. We love the pool and Splash pad available to our child. "

"While there were areas in need of improvement, Im going 5 star for the simple fact of the grace I was given as last minute during our pool dip, I found out I had left my wallet at the Ihop up the street. Money, ID, cc, everything was GONE. Kudos to Ihop for getting it all back to me safely. But huge thankyou to the Hotel ftont desk staff for understanding the chaos as we checked out about 45 min late and recieved absolutely NO harassment about our timing. The house keeping staff was polite and the attendents in the mini store on site were helpful. The lifegards on duty were great and we will definitely stay again. "
