Al at the front desk was unbelievably calm and professional, there was hot coffee, and breakfast was ready early the next morning for everyone trying to get back to the airport! Shuttle from hotel to airport runs on the hour and you must reserve a seat one hour ahead of time. Kudos to this hotel staff!"
