"The hotel's biggest advantages are its excellent Upper West Side location and spacious rooms. Our room was also very quiet, and the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the shower in our room. The staff made several efforts to resolve the issue, and we really appreciated how responsive and helpful they were. The luggage and transportation team was also extremely attentive and customer-oriented - special thanks to them. One area for improvement is housekeeping, particularly floor mopping and overall bathroom cleanliness."

"Beautiful grounds. Rooms are dated. Limited amenities … pool with limited drinks and no food. Only restaurant is Michelin rated so excellent n pricey. Only breakfast is buffet … $29. No microwaves in room. Mile plus walk to anything."

"Location: this hotel is close by transit station, it’s surrounded by different restaurants, and convenient stores making this very accessible. Transit is one stop from yankee Stadium if you’re going to the game very convenient. Hotel:Continental breakfast has different options every day, front staff are very friendly and helpful to answer questions and concerns, cleaning staff are very nice always asked if we needed anything. I would highly recommend staying here location is convenient to get to the city."
