"lovely lobby bar and many others give this place a great feel. staff were very helpful and proactive and room was immaculate. downgraded because of elevator issues during my brief visit."

"The stay wasn’t terrible. The rooms are HUGE! I had two queens in an average size room with a door and an entire living room! Insane how big these rooms are it was great. Water pressure was amazing! The downside, there are notices plastered everywhere about them actively working on extermination. You can’t have food in your rooms, and thinking about bugs just makes me itchy."

"The hotel is in a prime location that warrants basic amenities like - plug points next to beds / clean carpets and clean walkways . I stayed in Room 405 from may 16 - May19 .. It was purely disgusting with no house keeping .. no one told us that housekeeping is only till 11AM .. I dont understand .. I had booked 3 rooms in that period and all 3 were bad .. 405 , 1104 - 303 was decent . Someone please visit the place and do a health and safety check on the outlets - if you can even find any .. I would NOT recommedn stayign here until there is a total overhaul of the the rooms / floor ... FOr its prime location the place is a trash with really bad hospitality management"

"Overall, I would rate this a two star hotel I would definitely not return for the following reasons: the room was extremely small and the odor from the restaurant what comes through the row the room was also very very cold and the temperature adjustments could not be made. It was also very noisy if you’re looking for a simple hotel to great location this would be fine, but if you’re looking for something for a five star, definitely do not stay here. I based it on the reviews and is a far cry from excellent"
