"We had a fantastic stay at the Rockwell Inn in Jackson Hole. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless, and the location couldn’t be better — close to everything, yet peaceful. What truly set this place apart, though, was the incredible customer service. After we checked out, the housekeeping team found a pair of AirPods in our room and immediately turned them in to the front desk. Adi, who was absolutely wonderful, personally called me to let me know they’d been found and went above and beyond to help ship them all the way back across the country. That kind of care and attention to guests is rare — and deeply appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel not just for the comfort, but for the genuinely thoughtful people who run it.
