We arrived a few hours before the official check-in time, but the friendly reception team had our room ready within minutes. ​As soon as we entered, a refreshing fragrance filled the air, giving a sense of pure freshness. The view of the lush forest and the pool from our room was breathtaking. Everything was spotless, the temperature was perfect, and the amenities were top-notch. I also highly recommend the massage services—truly professional and revitalizing! With its great breakfast and proximity to major tourist spots, this hotel is a perfect choice. A wonderful stay!"

But service quality- food - restaurants- competency of restaurant staff is not good ; value to quality is 3; no proper coffee in the rooms; water is supplied in modest bottles, even a basic water bottle is extra"

"This was one of the most amazing stays, being in the forest is such a surreal experience - the sounds, the sweet smell of the forest, the resident cats! We visited in the first week of April and stayed in room Botanica 18, which had a hot tub on the balcony - this came in handy when the rain started. We also enjoyed the pool (which is open 9 am to 9 pm) - we went at 8 pm, and we had the whole pool area for ourselves, plus the water was the perfect temperature. The restaurant was also delicious, just don't forget to make a reservation! Throughout our stay all staff were so welcoming and friendly and spoke great English. I would definitely stay here again!"
