Like everyplace in PR that we visited, Old Crow is very clean. It's a large facility, and upkeep must be a challenge. A few areas could use a refresh. For instance, the umbrellas you see in their promotional photos are faded at this point, but the poolside area is still lovely. There was also a portion of the deck outside of our room had no support underneath. I think the climate must make it difficult to maintain exteriors. "
