"Clean room and quick response from host. The only thing is I would mention that not everything is walking distance. Jobos beach is walking distance but there’s no 24 hour convenience store to grab the basics- water, snacks, etc- if you don’t have a car. I arrived at 9:30pm and we went to the nearest gas station which was like 3 miles up and we were able to get some water bottles and snacks right before they closed at 10pm. The posting said no car necessary so that felt a little deceiving....

"We were looking for an affordable beach view hotel for our 4 day stay. The staff was super sweet, the rooms were very clean and the beach view was amazing. With the wrap around porch, we were able to sit or layout and listen to the sounds of the waves and enjoy the view. The rooms are simple yet adequate. The Inn always smelled so good, the AC worked great and water pressure was excellent. Its located in the center of all the great things to do and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Only a few minutes in either directions, were plenty of places to eat."
