"Very charming property! The host, Carmen, was lovely and she was very organized and very helpful. You will need a vehicle if you choose to stay here. We chose to stay here because we thought it would be quiet. Unfortunately, at around 6:30am some guests were walking around and speaking loudly as if they were in their own home. There was also construction going on directly outside our window at 7am. We would give it another try if we were in Catanzaro again."

"An Absolute Italian Paradise! Our stay at Jo’s beautiful property in Isca Beach was absolutely amazing! The property was even more beautiful in person than we expected—it truly felt like an Italian paradise!The location was perfect, less than 20 minutes from Soverato and close to plenty of restaurants and shops, while still being in a peaceful, quiet area away from busy streets. The beach was just up the road, so we enjoyed some days at the beach and others relaxing by the beautiful pool. It was the perfect balance!The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and perfect for our large family. We were a group of 11 and everyone slept comfortably. The large pool, many lounge chairs, and gorgeous gazebo with a big table and chairs were perfect for spending time together, enjoying meals, and making memories.Jo and Samantha were wonderful hosts! They were so kind and welcoming, their communication was excellent, and whenever we needed anything, they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.Our entire family absolutely loved our stay. There was something so special about the peace, simplicity, and beauty of this property. We made unforgettable memories and truly didn’t want to leave!We can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Jo and Samantha, for an unforgettable stay! "

"We were greeted by Katia when checking in for our stay, she was very friendly and very helpful in letting us know about the property and amenities. We very much liked the onsite parking for our vehicle. The property is so beautiful it’s setting with many olive trees along very manicured trees and flowers throughout the, it was impeccable. The rooms were very clean and spacious with great bathroom and a balcony overlooking the wonderful setting including a very large in ground pool that was clean and refreshing with many chairs and umbrellas. They had outside service for drinks next to the pool. The property is walking distance to the property and the have a secluded area for hotel guest with chairs and umbrellas. The breakfast was very good with wait staff helping with selections and beverages. We had some of the best fruit so far on our trip with many selections and the wait staff was friendly and helpful. This is one of the best properties that I have had the privilege to stay in Calabria. The people, the property and the service was outstanding. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you everyone for making our stay so memorable. Till next time!"

"This hotel was an excellent experience. Staff are very friendly. The rooms have excellent air-conditioning. Well needed for hot summers. The pool is a great addition as well. All you can eat buffet was pretty good and then having a restaurant for a late night eat was a great addition. I highly recommend."
